CDA are specialist criminal law defence lawyers with an expertise in all aspects of motoring law, from speeding and due care matters, to the most serious cases of death by dangerous driving.

CDA comprises seven solicitors along with a specialist Police Station Representative and two specialist Crown Court Clerks. The firm holds a Legal Services Commission General Criminal contract and is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

  

 

John Storer
John has 34 years experience of Magistrates Court work, initially as a legal advisor to the magistrates and in the last 17 years in private practice as a defence solicitor. The knowledge and experience learned from a career within the Magistrates Court system means that John is in a position to be able to advise on any aspect of a motoring case.
 
Michael Alexander
Michael qualified in 1993 and has exclusively dealt with all matters in the Magistrates Court, both criminal matters and road traffic cases. He has extensive experience and knowledge of conducting both cases and trials, and is a Higher Courts Advocate.
 
Phillipa Chatterton
Phillipa is Lincolnshire born and bred and as such has a local knowledge of the county which when coupled with her ability as an advocate she can provide results that consistently impress CDA clients. She has over ten years experience dealing primarily with criminal matters and road traffic cases
 
Neil Sands
Neil is a trial lawyer of Criminal Defence Associates and is a Higher Courts Advocate. His experience from undertaking numerous trials around the UK, coupled with a passion for all things to do with cars, shows that our team of solicitor advocates has the expertise and experience to deal with your case.
  
Rachel Stevens
Rachel has 18 years experience of magistrates court work initially as a legal advisor to the magistrates and in the last 12 years in private practice. She constantly updates herself on the changes in the law and runs training courses for other lawyers.
 
Ian Benton
A solicitor for 38 years, Ian’s experience is second to none, particaulry when it comes to dealing with cases in and around the Skegness area. No challenge is too great – well, he is a Derby County fan after all!
 
Saleem Khan
Being the youngest of our team, means that Saleem draws on all the experience and knowledge of his colleagues, which when coupled with his considerable advocacy skills, makes him a formidable opponent in any court.

Harriette Jordan, Dawn Hornsby,
and Amie Harris
Our team is completed by Harriette, Dawn , and Amie. Dealing with Police Station and Crown Court matters, and working closely with the seven solicitors, Harriette ,Dawn and Amie provide advice and support to clients throughout their matters, to ensure that nothing is overlooked in the assistance of our clients.
